Catching Up with the Briones

Yes, it has been a few months since I last posted, but we have just been busy loving up our little girl!!!

So lets play catch up...

Emma was born October 19 at 8:54pm and was 6lbs. 8oz. Just to make you all jealous my laboring consisted of a little over 4 hours! :) And after those four hours the greatest joy and blessing came into our lives! This was the happiest day of my life!

Our little Emma has really changed our lives so much and of course for the better! She is our pride and joy! She is growing up so much everyday! She is discovering more and more everyday of what she can do. She loves playing in her activity gym (her Christmas present) and goes crazy in it!

She loves to suck on her fist! Anytime and pacifier or bottle isn't in her mouth she has her fist in there and goes to town on it! lol! Our little girl has quite the personality on her! She is such a drama queen! Everything is always over exaggerated with her! lol Hubby says she gets it all from me! ha ha!

 Lol! We call this "the lip" she gives this to us every time she's about to cry! And trust me it gets so much more exaggerated than this! This is just the only pic I've caught of it!

 Her facial expressions are simply the best! We love this little girl!!

 Did I mention that she is spoiled? Well she is! Lol! It's so hard not to!

 She is a very happy baby! She has her moments, as every baby will but, she is such a good baby!

 She sleeps wonderfully! Her bed time is 9pm, and she wakes up anywhere from 6-7am. I feed her a bottle and she is out again until 9am. I really can't complain at all! Although I am frightened for our next kid! He/She probably won't sleep at all! lol!

Emma loves her Daddy! She is already a Daddy's girl which secretly makes Mommy jealous! She is recognizing us so well now. And every time daddy walks into the room she gets so excited and follows him with her eyes wherever he goes. She smiles so big and lets out cute little noises every time daddy smiles at her! Mommy has to work so hard to get those emotions out of her! (yes jealousy is happening here).

Our little princess will be 3 months this Saturday! I cannot believe it! She really is getting so big! We love her so much and love all her cute facial expressions! I lifted up her car seat cover the other day and found her like this! LOL! 

She is the sweetest most funny girl ever and we love every bit of her!

As for us we celebrated our one year anniversary on December 27th! It was so amazing! We have grown together so much this past year! I love my sweet husband with all my heart! He is absolutely amazing!

We also moved down to Utah in the middle of December. It so nice to be so close to both our families to spend almost every day with them!

Well, there is a little update on the Briones! We are so in love with our little Emma! She is such a joy! We are such a happy family! It is such a wonderful blessing to have such a beautiful and healthy family!
